The Sparkling Starlight Kennel
By choice, I breed in a small kennel, so my dogs can share the family's life.
I had my first samoyède Lyrco in 1995, the second one Okita in 1998. With Okita, I discovered the universe of shows and all the requirements of that breed according to physical standard.
I have spent several years studying pedigrees in France and abroad, and in 2008 it's the leap: New Samoyed join me.
The project matures over the years : breeding pups physically close to the standard with a typical character and as healthy as possible.
All my dogs are x-rayed for dysplasia (hips and elbows), tested for eye defects, genetically tested for APR and genetically identified.
I do not count the miles I drive to marry my bitches to the greatest stallions (multi champion, world champion ...) in Denmark, Sweden, or Italy ... or to bring in new blood with the arrival in 2013 of a russian female on russian and australian blood lines.
